We exist to help individuals and our local churches address the effects of
childhood trauma and life challenges with resources that integrate biblical principles and give hope to survivors of childhood trauma and broken homes.
The Ruby Project is a religious nonprofit offering Christ-centered resources for adults 18+ (women) applying biblical principles, coaching, life transformational training, and personal development by trained Christian Coaches, Pastors, and local community leaders prepared to mentor the hurting & and survivors of childhood trauma.
Our clients learn to explore healing journeys in Christ, increase self-awareness, and cope with life's challenges.
Our Faith Anchors Us
In a world filled with many dynamics with an agenda to move us away from the very thing that was once grounded in Christ-centered principles. We now face more broken homes, wounded souls, and compromising our faith. Our organization will focus on the many who are silenced and unable to function emotionally due to childhood trauma and underserved communities.
Why Faith, Creative Arts, and Technology?
With the profound growth in high-tech expanding across the Bay Area. The Central Valley / San Joaquin County remains challenged by mental health trauma care that is specifically Christ-centered. San Joaquin County ranks as one of the highest socially and economically challenged communities in the US. However, The Central Valley is known for its extensive farming and manufacturing expertise serving communities worldwide. Yet, we remain socially and economically challenged in providing the emotional, educational, and - spiritual wellness sorely needed in our counties, starting in San Joaquin, Tracy, Stockton, and neighboring communities.
Help us change the Manifesto.
We are faithfully raising our banner for Jesus and asking for help from people like you to get behind our ministry to help us transform lives, starting with our young women and adults 18+ within disparaging marginalized communities.
Our initial launch was to build awareness of childhood trauma and enter into a space of healing discussions. We are scaling our programs after seeing more survivors of childhood trauma and adult brokenness needing spiritual and professional development to include Christian Coaching, Learning, and Development through group Talks, Workshops, and Soul Care.
One Step at a time:
Our clients will learn how to manage their lives and homes by teaching essential life skills formed by cohorts. Each cohort will start with small groups through client referrals. Each cohort is sponsored and funded by donors, grants, and locals like you. Once the cohort of twelve is approved, each candidate must complete assessments, intakes, and a behavioral wellness package and meet the program guidelines.
If selected after a panel and peer review, the client will receive a welcome letter and is assigned a guidance coach.
Healing Arts, Life Management care (two phases), and lastly, apply and qualify for a rewarding career path in technology or Project+, Data automation, analytics, and growing need with the data tech administration trades to offer higher-paying roles and become self-sustaining and pave a new way for their families.
We are breaking barriers by stabilizing homes, sharing the faith and hope Jesus provided as we jointly build healthier lives and homes for Christ with local partnering churches, like-minded non-profits, and your support and prayers from people like you who are passionate to join us as we aim to improve individual and community outcomes.
GIVE THE GIFT OF HOPE
Your donations will provide God-centered, life-changing resources to build stronger individuals and families in our community. Our ministry will focus on aiding survivors of childhood trauma, mainly referred from marginalized and underserved urban communities. Our programs aim to give hope by educating our clients with faithful vetted and life skills, a strong foundation in Christ-centered guidance, and coaching with deep discipleship and accountability agreements that will generate improved outcomes.
The Ruby Project Foundation was created to walk with our clients as they transition from trauma and woundedness to a position of restoration, hope, and joy the Lord has for them.
We are not a crisis center or state-licensed trauma counselors. We are guided and governed by Biblical Counseling principles only.
