EXPLORE is a gentle, guided expressive art journal that is a much simpler version of Mending the Soul’s Trauma Care model. EXPLORE is your first step into looking at your story.
Through the medium of water-color, art, hand-on Healing Arts workshops as it prompts and supports creative expression, deepening one's self-awareness and connection with God and others.
Each chapter is accompanied with a training video that supplements the psychological content and guides the experience of healing by way of expressive art.
This ministry if guided by educated and trained facilitators, informed-trauma and biblical coaches carefully selected to lead each workshop 1:1 or in a group setting.
On-site attendance is mandatory.
