MOVE AT YOUR
OWN PACE
One step at a time
30-minute micro-breaks to pause, reflect, and move forward.
Join us online or onsite for Christ-centered tools, meaningful connection, and a clear next step.
Come as you are. Leave ready to move forward.

Painting
Explore painting through watercolor, canvas, and other creative techniques in a relaxed small-table setting.
No art background is needed. This is expression over instruction—a gentle space to create from the heart, process at your own pace, and use imagination as a pathway to relax, recover, and reset.

Dry Clay
Explore dry clay in a calm, small-table setting where you can shape, press, build, and create at your own pace.
No sculpting experience is needed. It’s less about getting it “right” and more about slowing down, working with your hands, expressing what’s on your heart, and enjoying space to relax, reflect, and reset.

Mixed Media
Explore mixed media with sewing, paper, chalk, sketching, journaling, and whatever else inspires the moment.
There’s no pressure to be “creative.” Just choose what feels good, work with your hands, slow your thoughts, and give yourself space to reflect, reset, and breathe.

Explore Groups meet weekly for 6 weeks and ask participants to begin and finish together. Creative Tables are guided micro-breaks with time to gather, create, pause, and reset.
Every group opens and closes with prayer. We set the table—you come ready to be present, use the tools, do the work, and keep moving forward.
