Mending the Soul is a small, intimate recovery support group that offers hope and healing for women who have experienced any form of abuse. This 15-week study takes a personal and specific look at trauma, guiding participants through a process of deep discipleship and restoration.

The Ruby Project was founded by leaders shaped by deep biblical conviction, professional excellence, and lived experience. Rooted in Christ and strengthened through decades of ministry, leadership, and trauma-informed care, their vision is to create a safe, faith-centered space where healing unfolds through Scripture, creativity, and authentic community.
We exist to equip individuals with grounded, accessible resources that move them toward restoration, maturity, and renewed purpose — not hype, not noise, but steady transformation.
Founder / Advisor
Marcia Olivia
Founder & Advisory Mentor
With formal training in Christian Counseling through Liberty University and advanced study in biblical counseling, she brings deep insight into trauma care and spiritual formation. Her background includes senior leadership in IT and Life Sciences program management, specializing in infrastructure, clinical systems, and data science development.
A trauma survivor with 18 years of ministry experience, she serves as the advisory founder and mentor behind The Ruby Project. Known for steady discernment and strategic leadership, she operates with quiet strength — guiding vision, structure, and spiritual integrity with wisdom, compassion, and accountability.
Co-founder / Advisor
Pastor Ivan
With an M.Div. from Western Seminary and a background in Computer Science, he brings over 40 years of engineering and executive leadership experience to our mission. For 18 years he has faithfully served as Lead Pastor, providing biblical teaching, mentorship, and wise counsel.
He is a trusted advisor, board chair, and seasoned organizational leader known for integrity, financial stewardship, and steady guidance through complex seasons. A thoughtful and humble teacher, he leads with conviction, accountability, and deep compassion.
Software & Backend Engineer
Isaiah Kirk
A Year Up graduate in Software Development and IT Support, he leads our website, hardware setup, and LMS systems with professionalism and precision. He oversees Podia platform growth, strengthens cybersecurity, and facilitates CompTIA ITF training cohorts.
Grounded in his Christian faith, he uses his technical expertise to serve with integrity, excellence, and purpose
